I’ve spent years working in the restaurant business, from managing operations to being directly involved in the day-to-day experience of guests. That background shaped how I see food—not just as something to consume, but as an experience built on details, service, and atmosphere.
For the past two years, I’ve been leading food tours in Athens, exploring the city daily through its markets, tavernas, bakeries, and hidden spots. That hands-on experience is at the core of everything you’ll find here—every recommendation comes from real visits, real conversations, and real meals.
